About Atenas Real Estate – A unique way of treating my clients
My name is Marian Veltman, I have lived in Atenas, Costa Rica since January 2008. When vacationing in Costa Rica in 2007, my husband and I fell in love with the small town of Atenas. That’s when we decided to quit our jobs and move to Atenas. We have been living here ever since and there is not a single day that I don’t praise myself lucky to be living in this piece of Paradise.
I was born in Suriname (a former colony of the Netherlands) but basically grew up in the Netherlands. I speak Dutch, English, German, and Spanish.
After a few years, Isa Jones, real estate agent in Atenas, told me she wanted to retire. She asked me to take over her job as a real estate agent in Atenas for GoDutch Realty, a well-known real estate office that covers the west side of the Central Valley. GoDutch Realty is a member the American-European Real Estate Group, with agencies from coast to coast.
